Sydney Basin:
Subregions in Southern Sydney Basin bioregion combined into a single bioregion
Southern Sydney Basin bioregion renamed to Sydney Basin bioregion
SSB code for previous Southern Sydney Basin bioregion changed to SYD
Gippsland Basin bioregion boundary changed per instructions from GIP project leader including;
Northern boundary, which is different to PAE, along local/regional groundwater regime boundary
Mornington peninsula excised
Gippsland Lakes included

Australian Geological Provinces Database (4 November 2012): Arckaringa, Bowen, Clarence-Moreton, Cooper, Eucla, Galilee, Gippsland, Gloucester, Gunnedah, Marybourough, Mulgildie, Murray, Otway, Pedirka, Perth, Polda, Styx, Surat, Sydney and Tasmania basins
Australian Sedimentary Basins Database (27 August 2012): Canning Basin (Fitroy Trough), Eromanga, Oaklands, Collie, Boyup, Wilga and Leigh Creek basins
